What To Do When Your Life Calls For So Much Energy and Dedication
Last time you heard from me, Peter and I were busy bees getting ready for the opening of our restaurant Alturas Kitchen in Cusco – Peru.
Alturas Kitchen opened its doors on January 04th, 2015!
A soul-sister of mine who owned a restaurant in the past, had warned me that I would probably dedicate longer hours than expected to the restaurant, … at least initially.
After opening Alturas Kitchen, a restaurant serving visitors from many countries, I quickly realized that the restaurant required SO much more care to grow and blossom than I had anticipated and, sure … Time too.
So, what is a High Priestess to do
when life on purpose calls for so much energy and dedication?
I get in touch with the calling of my soul and my sacred mission.
In this new chapter of my life, I feel called by Great Spirit to be more in the physical realm, to anchor more deeply in Pachamama (Mother Earth) and to embody in my every day life the Inca High Priestess that I am, more than I have done in the past.
You see, it doesn´t matter what I do or what my role is:
Q’orianka, the Priestess healer, guide and mentor working on my private practice with women from all over the world, the public speaker or Q’orianka, the restaurant owner.
My Soul is One and who I AM remains the same, so in my unique priestess essence, I have welcomed many wonderful clients at the restaurant and have made meaningful soul to soul connections with women from countries such as France, Brasil, USA, Canada, Armenia, England and Spain. My total joy!
I do ‘physical mundane’ everyday work out of Love.
Cleaning tables and mopping the floor are not my favorite activities, I must admit. But, I do these activities willingly because I desire to create a clean and pleasant environment for every person who comes to the restaurant. I do this kind of work out of love for them, for us and for the vision, Peter, our team and I share of seen our restaurant grow and receive more and more people over time who feel re-energized by our food, loved and cared for.
I love myself and my body.
I allow myself to rest and sleep to renew my energy and take naps when needed (napping was not a usual practice for me before). I really do NOTHING on my days off a lot of the time and go out only because I desire to do so :) … and I find myself making my way back to the sacred Inca Temples outside the city often to renew my Soul and be One with Pachamama.
You may find yourself in a similar situation. Perhaps at work many require your presence and you are being called to work longer hours or take on more duties than you used to. Or you may be starting a new job.
Despite so much happening around you and feeling like you have to Do, Do and Do some more, I invite you to pause for a moment and listen to the beat of your own heart.
Find your Why for doing what you do and love yourself enough to put yourself first.
Doing this is a requirement to live your sacred purpose in flow with the Universe. If doing this seams difficult for you… and you are feeling overwhelmed and pulled in all different directions by people around you, work or life circumstances
... And being grounded and peaceful seems too difficult or impossible for you now, then this is a clear sign that you need help.
I'd like to make myself available to give you expert support and guidance to step out of the world of overwhelm, stress and overwork to return to your Divine Essence and a balanced life in which you are powerfully on purpose. Book a complimentary consultation with me.
UPDATE: Alturas Kitchen Restaurant closed its doors to the public with honors. It received a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence in 2016.
